Our normal shipping schedule is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We do not guarantee delivery times, but we do provide tracking information via email and/or SMS. 

Although we will do all we can to help with shipping and delivery problems, we cannot take full responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the mail carrier unless a clear error was made on our part. Any issues with your shipment need to be brought to our attention within 10 days of the expected delivery date. In the very rare case that a package is completely lost, we will file a claim with the postal carrier and in the majority of cases we will reship the products at our discretion. 

Undeliverable Shipments
As the customer, you are responsible to provide us with a full and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of a problem with the address, we will give you the option of purchasing another label so we can reship the package to the correct address. Otherwise, we can refund the full price of the products purchased minus our cost for shipping and a processing fee of 3% of the order total.
